Hi, I’m Jessica Mechetuk — a Registered Massage Therapist proudly serving the Campbellford and surrounding area since 2005, and a proud graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College.

My love for exploring the outdoors, traveling the world, and testing the limits in new adventures has always inspired me to live life to the fullest — and to help others do the same. That passion, along with a deep desire to make positive connections with people, led me to pursue a career in massage therapy. I believe in supporting others on their health journey so they can outlive their bucket list — whatever that looks like for them.

That belief has shaped my approach to care: personalized, compassionate, and focused on supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.

Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to lifelong learning and bringing the best tools and techniques to my clients. I was honoured to become the first RMT in Ontario to receive the Certificate of Excellence in Assessment. I continued to enhance my clients experience with certifications in LASER Therapy, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Acupressure, SpiderTech Kinesiology Taping, Thermal Palms Massage, and Hot Stone Therapy.

These tools have allowed me to personalize and elevate each treatment to assist clients in their recovery, healing, restorative or relaxation journey.

Beyond the clinic, I’m also a Photographer, animal lover, dog mom, aunt, bonus mom, fiancée, sister, and daughter. Each of these roles brings joy, perspective, and purpose to my life.
