Questions:

What happens after I book?

  • a phone consultation (excluding mini's) to discuss the style of photos you are looking for, potential locations(s), 

  • a questionnaire about your pet’s likes/dislikes and a copy of your contract which must be completed and returned, along with deposit, to confirm your session. Final payment must be made 7 days prior to your session date.

  • Full cancellation refunds will be made up to 5 days prior to your scheduled date.

  • I make every effort to ensure your pet is comfortable, relaxed and happy through the entire process.

 

How do I book with you?

To secure your date, a completed contract along with a non-refundable retainer of $350 is due. Further payments will be based off of your package price and outlined in the contract and remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

When can I expect to receive access to my private online gallery?

I always try and post some sneak peeks to my social media platform (mainly facebook) as I edit the photos, but typically you will recieve full access to your online gallery 6-8 weeks after your event date. 

​

What if I would like more pictures than the package states?

That is not a problem.  Even if you decide after the shot.  Most often there are more shots which will posted to your private online gallery.  We can discuss adding to your package or purchase additional digital images.

 

Do you offer prints or special prints such as metal, wood, framed or even photo books?

Yes!  I have a couple of companies that I use frequently for printing and speciality products.

Does your fee include a print release?

Yes! All of our packages include a personal use print release, so you are free to print all your photos as you choose.

I don't see a package that offers what I am looking for.

Have something specific in mind but don't see a package that accommodates... no problem.  Reach out to me and we can schedule a phone or video chat to work out a package to meet your needs.
